1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Translatewiz's translation services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

Translatewiz offers various translation services, including but not limited to document translation, website translation, and technical translation. The specific terms of each translation project will be outlined in a separate agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information for translation projects. Users shall not use Translatewiz's services for illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property, or harassing other users.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price for translation services will be agreed upon before the commencement of each project. Invoices are due within 10 days from the date of invoice. Interest on overdue payments may be charged.

5. Intellectual Property

Translatewiz respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users. Users must ensure that the materials submitted for translation do not infringe on any third-party rights. The final translated content will be the property of the customer, provided that Translatewiz has received full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Translatewiz commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all documents and information provided by the customer, except as required by law or for the fulfilment of the translation service.

7. Liability and Warranty

Translatewiz is liable for the accuracy and quality of the translation services provided, subject to the quality of the original material provided by the customer. In the event of a delay in delivery not caused by the customer, compensation may be provided up to a specified limit.

8. Notarisation Services

Where requested, Translatewiz may assist customers with arranging notarisation services in connection with translated documents. While we will make reasonable efforts to support customers with the notarisation process, including liaising with relevant third-party professionals where appropriate, we do not guarantee that notarisation can be arranged, completed, or accepted in every case. Notarisation may depend on factors outside our control, including the availability of a notary public, the requirements of the receiving authority, the nature of the document, the need for original documents, customer attendance, third-party verification requirements, and any applicable legal or administrative restrictions. Translatewiz shall not be liable for any delay, refusal, rejection, or inability to complete notarisation where such circumstances are outside our reasonable control. Any notarisation service offered or arranged by Translatewiz may be subject to additional fees, timelines, and third-party terms. Customers are responsible for confirming whether notarisation is required and whether the completed notarised translation will be accepted by the relevant authority, organisation, or recipient.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice. Translatewiz reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Translatewiz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the United Kingdom's law on Translation. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions within the United Kingdom, including England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts within these jurisdictions.
